This looks either AI generated, or AI “restored” to a cartoonish level. OP, can you provide some background to this image?
I agree it looks a little weird; I suspect it’s been manually airbrushed. Here’s a 1924 prospectus with the same image (source) and many of the things that jumped out at me - especially the faces of the dogs - are the same.
