I’ve never been a fan of how People For Bikes ranks these cities.
For example, my city scores 48, while a neighbouring municipality is 52, but as a cyclist, that one is SIGNIFICANTLY better across all areas: protected bike lanes, trails, connections (i.e. complete streets), etc.
On that note, I can’t even imagine what a city with a 90+ score would be like!
