It promotes apathy, helplessness, and cynicism.

C.diff is almost as toxic as these gross old pedophiles, so handle with care and dispose of with fire.
The officer should have asked. That’s when you could tell him you don’t consent to a search. It’s a bad idea to do this for a lot of reasons but that’s not one of them.
If someone is searching through your pockets without your approval and against your wishes, they better hope they are right to do so and are taking all of the necessary precautions.
You’re not under any obligation to make the private contents of your pockets safe for other people to rifle through.

It seems like concern trolling. “I’m just worried that people will interpret you hating on this genocidal military as if it’s exactly the same thing as calling for the death of an ethnic group because only that ethnic group is allowed to participate in this genocidal military!”
It’s such a bizarre argument

No one in this thread has called for genocide.
The IDF is a criminal terrorist organization. Participation in it is morally reprehensible. If in order to have a good life you have to murder children standing in bread lines then your idea of a good life is not worth preserving.
AFaithfulNihilist@lemmy.worldto World News@lemmy.world•Senior IDF officers admit 'uncalculated' fire on Gaza aid seekers after Haaretz exposeEnglish3·25 days agoIt’s not hate speech to hate the military of a genocidal apartheid state.
The fact that the military of that state uses conscription to smear shit on everybody who grows up there does not absolve the population from their moral obligation to oppose their government.
Just following orders is a really poor excuse for genocide. You can hate the IDF without calling for genocide. In fact I haven’t heard anybody call for genocide in any of these threads except for people supporting the IDF.
AFaithfulNihilist@lemmy.worldto World News@lemmy.world•Senior IDF officers admit 'uncalculated' fire on Gaza aid seekers after Haaretz exposeEnglish6·25 days agoBut they aren’t saying death to Israelis when saying death to the IDF. You have to understand the difference between wishing for genocide upon a group of people and wishing for the end of an institution that does nothing but harm and bad.
It’s also worth noting that the only right thing to do for a member of the IDF is to fight the IDF.
They are morally obligated to tear down the infrastructure of genocide that they are a part of. The only good IDF soldier is the one who is working in earnest to oppose the IDF. All of the rest of them are cowardly garbage human beings who should probably go to the Hague.
A tremendous number of them probably should be hung until death and then buried at sea with no ceremony. People who do what they do should have even their memories killed.

He’s not scared, He’s not bored, He’s not brooding, He’s having a fucking day, and he’s all out of bubble gum.
Despite the ever-increasing Gore and violence he never has to say or do anything problematic, just fucking brutally uncompromisingly violence against people that super duper obviously need it.
Comical masculinity instead of toxic masculinity. Nothing even needs to change about his character.

Having made teeth for a while, this was a first for everyone in the lab. At some point teeth don’t get much bigger. At some point the amount of metal and porcelain were putting into the mouth of this 82-year-old woman is a substantial weight of material not to mention its volume.
When one doctor refused to make any bigger teeth she went to other doctors who required her to pay up front. We got this lady’s case back a dozen times.
We’ve remade this thing from scratch at her expense and she looked downright cartoonish every time we’d get photos back.
The frame for her full arch mandibular implant retained PFM was the single largest cast of gold alloy anyone in the entire lab had ever poured or seen poured for dental work.
Some people have money and they’re addicted to the process. I can’t think of any other reason for this lady to have done that.
