No, other people cancelling last minute fucks up everything, I’ve already set aside time for this and spent time waiting for this. I basically couldn’t do anything else that day, and now they fucking cancelled so it was all for nothing? Fuck that, it’s annoying as hell and now my day is wasted…

I’m too lazy to plan shit.
No…you are just adept at handling urgent adhoc assignments.

ExcessShiv@lemmy.dbzer0.comto Technology@lemmy.world•Like clockwork, Peacock is raising subscription prices againEnglish62·7 days agoThere’s just so few things that people actually watch multiple times. The things that people actually watch multiple times tend to be the same handful of movies and shows that rotates over the years. To do that you only need a very small library. Having a large media library is mostly just waste of space, even if it’s digital is wasted because you’re unlikely to watch 90% of it after the first time.
But, for me at least, not only having media when I’m at home is the real benefit. Not everyone wants to manage their own media server with remote access and the eventual debugging that follows with it.
Dark yes, but not really that bitter if brewed properly with good beans…What most people drink is not brewed properly and not with good beans.
I agree it’s weird and out of place, but it’s also harmless so who cares what that person gets from it.
But again, it is actually completely untold by the artist, so people can construct whatever the hell they like with it…The artist holds no right or control to what people get from their works, if this persons makes the construct that she’s under the table in the last panel, then that’s no less correct than what you might get from it, regardless of the obvious inferences you mention.
There’s no indication where she went, so it’s reaally completely up to the reader to decide where she goes in their interpretation.

I’ve always hated games with boss fights where you can only actually defeat the boss in the specific fighting pattern that the devs made. A slight 3/4 combo variation doesn’t break that annoying design method.
I saved these 10 tactical handheld nukes for a fucking reason, now stop forcing how I want to play your stupid game!

Hou dont need a physical copy, and in the event of systems being down you’ll just wait until they’re back up again, because in that case everyone is hit anyway.
Edit: and there’s always locally stored digital copies if you’re a belt and suspenders kind of person.
Aren’t those digitally handled in developed countries these days?
So? If you ever need it contact the parish of your birth place (or whatever institution manages it where you live) and get a copy.
Exactly, now i have time that instead of being spent nurturing a friendship is just lost to my own inability to do stuff…and because i kind of want to do something but can’t get my self to do it, I end up hating the idle alone time instead. If it’s planned alone time I love it.
