But most people turn their brain off and just zone out to whatever.
For music I’d there is way more of a case for buying media to be the dominant way to consume music since your always listening to music over and over.
Fizz@lemmy.nzto Technology@lemmy.world•Like clockwork, Peacock is raising subscription prices againEnglish64·7 days agoNgl buying movies and TV shows is way worse than paying to stream them. If you buy them you’re left with a library of movies and shows youve already seen.

I was really young and I was like mum just put your card in here and get a million dollars its so easy and you always complain about having no money. Its not a scam we just got lucky.
I am lucky neither of my parents had a credit card or any trust for computers.
Yes but your legs will be spread eagle and someone might come out of the bush and hit you in the nuts.

To most it means “Land of the long white cloud” and as with most Maori things, there’s a story that goes along with it if you want to read.
Around 5%
I would. There are a lot of modules only a few have hard systemd dependencies
Its like 70 different files and not all are required. You can swap out parts of systemd like run a different init system.
Systemd boot, Systemd network and elogind I’m pretty sure can be decoupled. There’s 69 modules so I’m not entirely sure about all of them just the ones ive encountered.
There are so many features the community has begged for and has been waiting for. It feels like the suite is so incomplete but we still pay the price as if it were an amazing suite of tools. So to see that they were actually working on this is really disappointing. They spent money on this and its an ongoing cost.
