Like, LLMs are a marvel of engineering! But they’re also completely unreliable for use cases where you need consistent, logical results. So maybe we shouldn’t use them in places where we need consistent, logical results. That makes them unsafe for use in most business.
It’s easy for old people to be short-sighted. They don’t have to take responsibility for fucking things up in the long term, because they’ll be dead.
Stable governments should elect people that have a reason to plan long term.

For my account sure. I use the same username most places. But it’s also reasonable to have a fairly decent Lemmy account that’s decoupled from all your other online accounts. Use a temp email provider, VPN, and proper browser and you’re most of the way there.
