Personal gripe but I’ve never agreed with the term artificial sweetener, they are genuinely sweet, is it because they aren’t sucrose/fructose/glucose?

Either way I remember reading about Erythritol from a study on nature.com a while ago. It’s one of the unfortunate low-caloric sweeteners that are still linked to obesity and all the problems related to that condition. Best avoided to be on the safe side.

I haven’t any idea how they’d work with your hearing, but what about bone conduction headphones? They can be wiped down easily and are often waterproof.

Reading Ketogenic: The Science of Therapeutic Carbohydrate Restriction in Human Health

Very dense book (textbook?) about the science behind the Ketogenic diet. Every cited reference to a study is additional reading which I’ve not done yet, but this is the most information I’ve seen about this in one place.

Speaking grammatically without using any slang or jargon will get you most of the way there, I think!

Doesn’t really seem like they’ll get rid of what’s already in the bloodstream and no real mention of safety yet, but it looks promising.

Code reviews take up a lot of time, and if I know a lot of code in a review is AI generated I feel like I’m obliged to go through it with greater rigour, making it take up more time. LLM code is unaware of fundamental things such as quirks due to tech debt and existing conventions. It’s not great.
