Was talking about eating less beef in another thread but boy if there is one thing that is hard to resist its kalbi.
Yeah, this was first time making it with a marinade from scratch… can’t believe how delicious it came out!

Is the cucumber in seasoned rice vinegar exactly how it sounds or are there extra steps?
You can add a bit of sugar, salt, and maybe some red pepper flakes to the rice vinegar for a perfect quick pickle - i usually let mine sit for 30 mins minimum for the best flavor.
Cut cucumber thin, put in bowl of seasoned rice vinegar, let sit for like 15 min or so, serve.
I love quick pickles so I’m going to try this out thank you!
You better get some Kkakdugi on that!
Next time I go to H Mart, I’ll have to pick some up!
