I suppose they do, but that doesn’t imply “Department of War” is any less shameful, except for the fact that we know Trump doesn’t have shame and only wants to change the name because it makes him sound more authoritarian.

Kind of? It makes you more likely to moderate, stop earlier, do less atrocities if you think the public won’t like it or is ashamed of it.
