Keep an eye on it. Might be 35 minutes, might take an hour.
I usually use a rice cooker but I think it’s roughly the equivalent of brown rice (because it’s also unhulled). In a rice cooker that’s close to 2 hours, but 45 minutes stovetop sounds about right.
